BUILT AROUND YOUR SCHOOL

Help families see
what makes you different.

A school website needs to do more than list facilities. It should give prospective families a sense of daily life, explain the learning offered, and make practical information easy to find.

Stanfosys designs and develops school websites with clear content, expressive imagery, and purposeful navigation. Based in Oxford, we work with schools to turn their story into a digital experience that families can explore on a phone or a desktop.

Our Apex International School project brings classroom imagery, a campus film, school activities, and admissions links into one experience. It is an example of how a website can connect a school’s identity with the questions parents bring to their first visit.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD

School life. Clearly connected.

01 / DISCOVERY

A distinctive first impression

A homepage shaped around your school’s identity, with photography, film, and clear messages that introduce its learning environment.

02 / INFORMATION

Content families can navigate

Page structures for learning, campus life, activities, and practical information. We agree the content priorities with your school before design begins.

03 / ADMISSIONS

A clear next step

Routes to admissions information, campus visits, and enquiries. Forms and existing admissions tools are scoped around your team’s workflow.

OUR APPROACH

From your story
to a working website.

  1. Understand the brief

We discuss your audience, existing website, content, admissions process, and priorities. This defines what the project needs to achieve.

  2. Plan the content and design

We map the important pages and journeys, then develop the visual direction around your school’s brand and available content.

  3. Build and review

We develop the agreed pages and interactions, review them with your team, and check navigation, forms, and layouts across screen sizes.

  4. Prepare for launch

We agree hosting, domain changes, content handover, and any ongoing support before publishing. Requirements for redirects and existing search visibility belong in the launch plan.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we begin.

How much does a school website cost?

Pricing depends on the number of pages, content work, design requirements, and integrations. Share your current website and priorities so we can prepare a proposal with a defined scope.

How long does a school website take?

The schedule depends on scope, the availability of photography and written content, and your review process. We agree a project schedule after discovery. If you have an admissions deadline, include it in your enquiry.

Can you connect an existing admissions system?

We can assess how your current system could connect to the website. The approach depends on the provider’s forms, links, or API and the access available. Integration scope is confirmed before development.

Can our staff update the website?

If staff editing is required, we include the content-management requirements in discovery. The editing tools, permissions, and handover are agreed as part of the project rather than assumed.

Do you offer ongoing support?

We can discuss maintenance and content support alongside the build. The scope and response arrangements should be agreed in your proposal so your team knows what is included.

Do you only work with schools in Oxford?

No. Stanfosys is based in Oxford, and our portfolio includes Apex International School in Kozhikode, Kerala. We can discuss remote collaboration and your school’s local requirements.
